The WLA and Transport for London have published a West London Orbital Strategic Narrative brochure which gives an overview of the scheme, what it aims to achieve and a summary of the benefits of the scheme for west London. It explains how the WLO would support West London’s sustainable growth, supporting delivery of new homes and jobs; how it will improve access to education and cultural opportunities and open spaces; and help tackle congestion and air quality issues. It sets out the transport benefits like improved service interchange and quicker journeys. It also reports on progress with the scheme to date.
