We are delighted to publish our 2025 Impact Report, showcasing the power of partnership across seven boroughs to deliver real change for communities, businesses, and public services.
This year’s report highlights over £25 million in benefits for member boroughs, including cost savings, efficiencies, and external funding. From helping over 2,200 residents into work, to inspecting 5,200 homes for safety, and delivering gigabit broadband to under-served areas, WLA’s collaborative model continues to drive inclusive, resilient, and productive growth across the sub-region.
The report also marks a leadership transition, as David Francis steps down after seven years as our Director. His legacy of strategic coordination and innovation is reflected throughout the report.
