At UKREiiF 2026, we were delighted to launch our new Investment Prospectus, bringing together the scale, ambition, and opportunity across our seven boroughs.

The prospectus reflects a shared commitment from our boroughs and partners to support investment and delivery, work together to enable long-term regeneration, and collectively create inclusive growth for our communities.

• Global connectivity through Heathrow, serving 230+ destinations
• A highly skilled and diverse workforce
• Over a third of London’s brownfield land and significant industrial capacity
• Major infrastructure investment, including the Elizabeth Line, HS2 and the West London Orbital 

Together, these create the conditions for a stable economy, sustained growth, and long-term investor confidence.

We were very proud to launch the prospectus at UKREiiF 2026 alongside partners from across the public and private sectors.

Our reception, delivered with WSP, brought together investors, developers, borough leaders and partners for an evening of conversation and connection, reflecting the collaborative approach that underpins West London’s success.
