23 Mar New KPI tool

We are excited to be launching the Commissioning Alliance KPI Tool to our members.  This tool -which will live on the newly developed CA Quality Assurance Portal – collates and analyses quarterly KPI data from providers and, using interactive data visualisation software, creates an accessible information dashboard for users, granting access to the data and reporting first-hand.

We hope the CA KPI Tool will eliminate a lot of time and effort for our members. It is designed to be a simple and accessible way to analyse market trends, inform contract monitoring practice and provider quality assurance, aid data governance & sharing, and allow for far greater market understanding across local authority teams. It simplifies measurement of provider quality and performance, as well as allowing comparisons across regions and boroughs.

We are shortly rolling-out the use of this tool to all our member LAs across Semi/Resi & Fostering, so keep an eye on your emails for information on how to get involved.
