Why we exist

Being a small or medium-sized business comes with its fair share of challenges. UK SMEs cite hiring and retaining skilled workers as a key challenge – with 61% of SMEs citing skills shortages as a barrier. But SMEs can also adapt quickly – making often small changes that can have a huge impact on staff retention, help overcome skills shortages and unlock public sector contracts.

That’s why we, working in collaboration with GoodPeople and other DEI/social value experts, developed “Creating Inclusive Workplaces”, a network and service to support West London SMEs on their journeys to inclusivity, whatever that might look like.
