What is Connect to Work?
Connect to Work is a free service supporting Londoners aged 18 and over who have a health condition, disability or experience barriers to either stay in their current job or find a new role.
Delivered across London, the programme offers tailored, person-centred support to help you move forward with work that works for you.
Our Employment Specialists work closely with local services, employers, and community organisations to make sure you get the right support at the right time.
If your health condition, recent procedure or operation has affected your ability to work — or you’re currently out of work – we’re here to help.

- Prepare your CV, applications, and interview skills
- Stay in your current job or find a new one
- Get advice on workplace adjustments and how to talk to employers
- Receive ongoing in-work support to help you stay well and succeed
