02 Feb No Wrong Door Quarterly Network Event

On Tuesday 30th January 2024, we hosted another Learning & Networking session for people working in skills and employment support across West London.

We had the pleasure of hearing from Gary Johnston at IPS Grow, on the
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of employment support and how we can challenge our biases to help more residents aspire to get into good, sustainable work.

Gary shared a Ted Talk reminding us to always place the person first, as anyone with a desire to work should be able to, regardless of their perceived limitations.
